Some users have reported a problem in Firefox when accessing Fact Sheets of keys loaded from the hard drive or CD ROM using the Lucid Applet Player.

The problem is caused by Firefox’s in-built pop-up blocker. Firefox offers the user to add an exception to blocking the content from the key, which is desired, however the address offered by Firefox is empty, preventing the pop-up blocking exception being saved.

Several bug reports of this have been lodged in Firefox’s bug tracking site, with a fix possible in the next release.

The current work around to this issue is to turn off the in-built Firefox pop-up blocker via the menu Tools..Options...Content (tab). See screen shot below.
