Yes, the old Windows only Lucid Player v2.2 is still available for download. To access the download you need to be a registered member of the site (and logged in), then visit the download page. For most users, the Lucid Player Standard edition v2.2 can be found on the last page of the download list. Or try these direct URLs:

To access the Lucid Player Plus Edition v2.2, you first must register the serial number. Once this has registered against your account you can view and access the download.
